Amateur photographer, 48 years old, living in the Paris region, I started photography about 10 years ago.
Newly a father at the time, my first subjects were my children, and I realized it was both possible and fascinating to try to go beyond the simple "souvenir" snapshot.
Once my children were old enough not to want to pose candidly anymore, I sought other inspirations—and found them right outside my door: street photography is accessible everywhere, without having to travel thousands of kilometers. I’m drawn to silhouettes and to the interplay of scale between humans and their concrete surroundings.

Jeune père, mes premiers sujets ont été mes enfants. et j'ai pris conscience qu'il était possible et passionnant de tenter de dépasser la simple photo souvenir.
Une fois mes enfants suffisamment grands pour ne plus vouloir poser, j'ai cherché une autre source d'inspiration. Et je l'ai trouvée juste derrière ma porte : la photographie de rue est accessible partout, sans devoir faire des milliers de kilomètres. Je suis sensible aux silhouettes et aux rapports d'échelle entre l'humain et son environnement bétonné.
